Welcome to Wave 80 Networks. By subscribing to any of our syndicated programming—Big Time 80s, Friday Night New Wave, The Excellent 80s Rewind—or accessing materials made available through our website or Dropbox folders, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Who We Are

Wave 80 Networks is a media provider offering 1980s-focused syndicated radio programming to affiliate stations across the U.S. and beyond. Our website, wave80.net, is the primary source for program information, subscription options, and affiliate resources.

2. Syndicated Program Licensing

When you subscribe to any of our programs, you are granted a non-exclusive license to broadcast the selected program(s) on your approved station(s) for the duration of your subscription. Redistribution, modification, or rebroadcast beyond the original station is not permitted without prior written approval.

3. Payment Terms

Subscriptions to Big Time 80s are available on a monthly or annual basis:

• Monthly: $40/month per program
• Annual: $400/year per program (a discounted rate equal to 10 months)

All payments must be made via PayPal to wave80radio@gmail.com, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund Policy

Annual subscribers who cancel before the end of their subscription term will receive a prorated refund. $40 will be deducted for each calendar month in which new episodes were delivered. No partial-month refunds will be issued. Refunds are only available for the unused portion of the subscription.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring timely download, playback, and compliance with any local broadcasting laws. You are also responsible for inserting your station’s local commercial content into the designated avails, if applicable.

6. Program Delivery

New episodes are delivered via Dropbox the Tuesday prior to the intended broadcast weekend. Please ensure you maintain access to the designated Dropbox folder. We reserve the right to modify the delivery schedule with reasonable notice.

7. Cancellations & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to new episodes will end immediately upon cancellation. We reserve the right to terminate service for any affiliate that fails to meet payment obligations or misuses program content.

8. Copyright & Ownership

All programs and audio content remain the property of Wave 80 Networks. Affiliates may not edit, rebrand, or redistribute content without permission. You are granted limited use rights for on-air broadcast only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wave 80 Networks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, delivery issues, or content availability. We do our best to deliver high-quality, timely programming, but make no guarantees of uninterrupted service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our programming after such updates constitutes agreement to the new terms.
